Approval of Minutes, Warrants and Purchase Orders
Minutes:
Furr moved to approve the minutes of August 11, 2025. Sander seconded.
Roll Call Vote: Hill, Furr, Sander, Wolaver in favor. Motion approved.
Warrants:
Sander moved to approve the Warrants as presented. Hill seconded.
Roll Call Vote: Hill, Furr, Sander, Wolaver in favor. Motion approved.

Consideration of moving the first meeting in September to September 2, 2025 due to the holiday on September 1, 2025

Update on easement obtainment for the Tilden Ave., Bridge St., and Cochran Rd. Waterline Replacement Project

Wolaver & Cote reviewed handing out the easements. Cote stated that the process is going so they can go out to bid and get construction done next year. People discussed having a notary at the upcoming block party.
Discussion of installing additional curb stops during the Tilden Ave., Bridge St., and Cochran Rd. Waterline Replacement Project

Arneson summarized that if someone puts in a curb-stop they do not have to pay for an allocation but run the risk there's not an allocation in future years. Cote confirmed that the curb-stops will be on the engineer’s blueprints. Cote reviewed the curb-stop and water meter locations and responsibilities of the Water department. Cote stated it is convenient to install a curb-stop during the Waterline project because everything is already dug up, but the owners still need to get an easement.

Cote reviewed the dewatering issues, the patch for the day tank, the filter tank valves, aeration quotes for the digester, and the new influent pump. Cote confirmed that an interview with an applicant is progressing. Cote stated that they do not have a good quote for the new logo.
