The Town of Richmond is seeking bids for a 2017 Hustler Zero-Turn Mower (Model #936237 Serial #17036345) that was originally purchased for $7,082.46
​​​​​​​Description of Mower  The Town of Richmond purchased a Hustler Zero-Turn Mower in June of 2017 that was used until 2021 for mowing Town properties. It has been used sparingly since 2021 and stored at the Highway Garage. 
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​THEMINIMUM BID IS $2,000

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​A site visit will take place on April 21, 2025, at 9 AM

Bids, whether mailed or hand-delivered, must arrive at the Town Center no later than 2 pm on April 23rd. Sealed Bids must be addressed to Duncan Wardwell and labeled as “Zero Turn Mower”

Anyone mailing bid proposals should allow normal mail delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals.  The TOWN assumes no responsibility for delays caused by any delivery service. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified from further consideration. All proposals and any accompanying documentation become the property of the TOWN and will not be returned.

Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 2:00pm on April 23rd, 2025 in the Town Center Meeting Room 3rd Floor and via Zoom.
