Library Interior Painting RFP
Richmond Free Library is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to paint the interior of the historic Library building. This is a multi-phase project encompassing three stories and the historic Community Room, a high-ceilinged former church sanctuary. Lead paint is present in some small areas, primarily at windows.
Bids are due to the Richmond Free Library Board of Trustees by Thursday, September 25th at 3pm. Bid opening will take place on September 25th at 6:30pm in person at the Library and on Zoom.

Town Center Property Management Services
The Town of Richmond is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional property management services for the Town Center Building at 203 Bridge St, Richmond, VT. The selected property manager will be responsible for regular oversight, vendor coordination, office/administrative support, minor maintenance, and management of capital improvements as required.

Town Center Organizational Project Manager
Richmond, VT is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide organizational project management services for the renovation and code compliance upgrade of a town-owned building. The project aims to ensure the building meets local, state, and federal codes, incorporates necessary capital improvements, and remains a valuable asset to the community.
The selected project manager will have demonstrated experience in flood mitigation, historical building preservation, collaboration with local government entities, and facilitating municipal bond votes.
