Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 1:00pm on August 28, 2025 in the Town Center Meeting Room 3rd Floor and via Zoom.
Payment must be received in full 3 business days after the bid is awarded. Payment in full means any checks presented for payment must clear. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the award will go to another bidder in the process, with the same 3 business day payment requirement. Successful bidder must remove Tesla from Town Offices parking lot no later than 2 weeks after the bid opening. If there are no bidders, the Town reserves the right to go back out for bids.

The Town of Richmond is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional property management services for the Town Center Building at 203 Bridge St, Richmond, VT.
