1. Discussion of meeting w Josh and further clarification of these topics:

Finances - How much money has actually been spent out of our allocation?
How will the expenditures be tracked

Parking/overflow parking/ signs indicating parking
Schedule a meeting with members of the parking committee.

Status of the McCarthy boundary with Browns Court and the Oliver/Carroll Boundary with Browns Court and the road

Better way to implement projects - town management versus committee management

Does the selectboard need to change the park ordinance to allow different hours for the
pickle ball courts that are shorter than the current specified hours?

2. Code of Ethics Acknowledgement - update the forms

3. Open Meeting Law video review - Any questions after watching the 45 minute video on our own time

4. Volunteers Green update

The Review of Magnitude/ Rough Estimate - where are we in this process? Just the status as this will be a topic for a future meeting.

5. Information from Selectboard meetings 7/21 and 8/18 regarding Conservation Reserve Funds

Pickleball Court progress:  Materials needed to be purchased
Padlocks, hoses and way to secure those, astro turf for entrance

Tree planting - a planting date and the logistics for it

Storage shed or other options

Plan for a Grand opening of the pickleball court this fall

Friends of Pickleball roll re how to organize/manage the courts, scheduling and be a liaison with
neighbors
