Consideration of approval of a warrant which includes one invoice for parts to repair the elevator in the Richmond Free Library with funding to come from the Town Center Reserve Fund

Arneson reviewed that the Library elevator stopped working earlier this week.  The elevator repair company will not schedule the work until they have a check for the parts.  Arneson stated that the potential labor will take 1-2 days.  Arneson listed the repairs as failed packings, check valves, and replacing some corrupt software.  Sander stated that he was curious about the history of the hydraulic components that failed, when they were replaced, and if it could have had preventative maintenance or possibly a warranty.

Sander moved to approve the warrant which includes one invoice for parts to repair the elevator in the Richmond Free Library with funding to come from the Town Center Reserve Fund.  Rabideau seconded
Roll Call Vote: Filkins, Hill, Rabideau, Sander in favor.  Wood absent. Motion approved.
