a)    Consideration of approval of a request from Mount Mansfield Community Television (MMCTV) to decorate the Town Center building for a display on the evening of Halloween (October 31, 2025) and to play music and hand out candy to trick or treaters in front of the Town Center on Halloween* # (20 min)
