II. Welcome and Roll Call: Welcome new members. Volunteer for taking minutes.

a. Budget Discussion and Vote: (Ravi) $502 from RiseVT as a donation for
improvements to Browns Court remain and need to be used by the end of the year.
Ideas, motion and vote. See survey results.

b. Next meeting: Do you want to meet in July (change the date) or wait until
August 2?
