3:00 PM – Convene at the kiosk

● Roll call and confirm quorum

● Appoint timekeeper and minutes taker

● Welcome Tina Heath, District Wetlands Ecologist (VT DEC), and any public attendees

● Confirm agenda and identify time for public comment

Field Discussion and Site Walk

● Walk selected sections of the forest to review and discuss wetland areas

● Note observations and potential management considerations

Wrap-Up and Next Steps

● Summarize findings and identify any follow-up actions or assignments

● Adjourn
