A boil water notice is in effect for all customers of Richmond Water Resources.
The boil water notice is in place as a result of a valve breaking unexpectedly during the ongoing waterline project.
Richmond Water Resources is aware that some customers are currently without water, and they are working to restore water service to these customers.
The notice is in effect until further notice.
