Part 1: Meeting to begin with “walk arounds” of each park to discuss the projects lists outlined at the prior meeting and take pictures and videos to reference at future meetings for the Committee. Members of groups in the Town that utilize the parks invited to attend
- Begin “walk arounds” at Round Church park at 5pm (estimated duration 10 min)
- Next “walk around” at Volunteers Green at about 5:15pm (estimated duration 25 minutes)
- Last “walk around” at Browns Court at about at about 5:45pm (estimate duration 10 minutes)

Part 2: "Walk arounds" to be followed by a formal meeting held in the Town Offices and held over Zoom to begin at about 6pm
- Understanding our role
- Brief Introductions for new members
- Approval of prior meeting minutes
- "Formal" request to Select Board to include Round Church Park
- Added discussions on what was observed in the "walk arounds"
- Look at and edit the "potential projects" list for each park
- Next steps for completion prior to the next meeting
