Replacement of Bridge no. 29 on US-2 in Richmond over I-89

​​​DATE:   January 9, 2025

TRAFFIC IMPACTS BELOW:
-U.S. Route 2 Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. will have traffic control present near the Richmond Fire Station allowing for intermittent stops to let trucks in/out of the project site.
-I-89 No traffic impacts.

PROJECT UPDATE:  Continued work removing the old U.S. Route 2 roadway support.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:​​​​​​

The following is the anticipated work schedule for the week beginning January 13, 2025
Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.:

-Resume the removal of the old U.S. Route 2 roadway across from the Richmond Fire Department.

PLEASE USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE AND FOLLOW THE POSTED SPEED LIMITS!
