1. Minutes from last meeting- approved unanimously
2. Financial request for Select board planning
   1. Tom has been talking to Josh about timing for the selectboard request for fireworks. We need to know the amount we are requesting before we go to the selectboard
   2. Sue talked to Northstar and they do not yet know the cost for next year. They anticipate maybe an 8% increase
   3. Stefani asked why we need to make a selectboard request if there is already $15k built into the line item in the budget. (10-7-60-3-95.04 - Community Services)
3. Coin Drop - October 10th - Columbus Day weekend 
   1. Julie made a sign-up link for volunteers. Discussed what the best time slots are to get the most volunteers. People can share out the volunteer sign up form. Will ask Duncan to post it on the website. 
   2. Discussed whether or not to use the coin counter machine. Seems like it slowed down counting more than helped.
   3. Rebecca asked if we want to use a different location for coin counting. Sue has already talked to Harley and Wanda and they said yes. 
   4. Supplies are being prepped.
4. Planning calendar
   1. Julie updated the planning calendar template Rebecca made last year
   2. Now in a google sheet linked above. Anyone can add to it and make edits. Still a work in progress.
   3. Tom talked to Angelique to see if the new radio station is interested in playing the music instead of a DJ for the afternoon activities. More information to come.
5. Past theme/Grandmarshalls
   1. Julie created a spreadsheet of all of the past parade themes from 1989 forward using Sue’s handwritten notes from the last 30 years!!

6. Misc Items from Tom
   1. Harringtons closed. We may need to get permission if there are new owners next year.
   2. Tom will email Rusty Dewees(he met him at a wedding recently)
   3. The committee to sell glowsticks, etc use Venmo and need volunteers to walk the crowd to sell. 
   4. Tom starting recruiting for the Festivities Lead Positions - Julie create spreadsheet
      • Jack Linn volunteered to be in charge of tractors
      • Heidi Borman is in charge of judging
      • Howland’s in charge of the Car Show
      • Megan in charge of horses
      • Need food vendors - Stefani knows someone that organizes food trucks and will reach out.
