Agenda

1. Approve Minutes - 1.15.26 meeting - approved all in favor.
2. Approve sponsor letter - needs to be finished.
   1. Review sponsorship level
   2. Sponsor sign at the information tent
   3. Suggestion to have a Diamond sponsorship to support the Fireworks.
3. 2026 Volunteer Sign up form - ready to post on town website. Looks good, send to Duncan.
4. Approve Vendor sign up form - Julie to get it from Duncan to review.
5. Electronic donations update - In process….Stefani was reaching out to Josh/Connie.
6. Coin drop update - 2 are approved. June 13th. Sue got a permit - all set. Julie will create volunteer sign up.
7. Road closure training with the Richmond Fire Dept. - March 9th
8. Fun Run - transfer of leadership - need to block Brown and Burnett Ct. Rebecca will send message to past volunteers to see if they will help.
   1. Heather - manage Fun Run. Chris has documentation and Heather has reviewed. Run starts at 10:30am.
9. Tommy sent a message to St. Andrews band members. They are unsure how many members will be available. They were $1000 in the past.
10. Justin will ask Barbara if Ryan will join the parade.
11. Julie to email business list to the committee.

Next meeting March 19th at 7pm.
