7:35 Appoint minutes taker and approve December and January minutes

7:45 Report from the RCC speaker’s panel subcommittee on their invitations of speakers; set date
8:00 A motion to approve use of the CRF funds to pay for speakers and associated panel expenses was approved in December meeting. Review JR draft proposal and send to Selectboard.
8:10 Request for Letter of Support for declaration of State Invasive Pest Management Day
8:20 Commission business
1)    Preference for meeting in-person, virtually or hybrid?
2)    Record meetings for RCC use or for public access?
3)    Review note from Josh on CRF 2022 expenditures
4)    Volunteer to present RCC pitch for renewing CRF on Mar 4th (Sat) 9 am, virtual or in-person?
5)    Green Up day is coming – any needs?
6)    Fern signage will be needed – post in March? We can use line item RCC budget for expenses
8:45 Discussion of Andrews Community Forest Committee proposed Management Plan (MP) changes. Conservation Commission should do due diligence and review MP for congruence with Town Plan Natural Resource section and the Andrews property transfer document (“Grant of Development Rights, Conservation Restrictions and Public Access Easement). Timeline for completion?

a)    If supported, who writes CRF application?
b)    Who administers this fund – collect receipts and gives out cash? 
c)    Could we work with local ammo store, give them money for subsidy for Richmond residents?
d)    Education and outreach efforts?
