The boil water notice for Richmond Water Resources customers is partially lifted. Customers with addresses on Jericho Road, School Street, Burnett Court, and Browns Court are no longer under a boil water notice.

All customers of Richmond Water Resources not mentioned above are still on a boil water notice. Water Resources staff are working on completing water testing and we anticipate the boil water notice will be in place until sometime on Thursday (this was indicated as Friday in the last update and that was an error). We will provide an update once the boil water notice has been lifted.

Water service has been restored to all customers. If you are still without water, please contact the Town Office at 802-434-2221

The boil water notice is in place as a result of a valve breaking unexpectedly during the ongoing waterline project.
