Additional September Meeting Agenda
Monday, September 30th, 2024 - 5:00 to 6:30 PM
 
Location: Andrews Community Forest, c. 1145 East Main, Richmond
Meeting will be held in person only.  
Suggest to bring any basic tools you are comfortable using, and a headlamp or flashlight.
Agenda: 
5:00 pm:  Convene at the kiosk

5:00-5:10 pm Standing Items - 10 minutes:
•     Roll call and confirm Quorum and Agenda; Appoint time-keeper and minutes taker; Welcome and identify public in attendance.     
•    Brief (1 minute) reports of ACFC ongoing projects (if any).
•    Public Comment Period.

5:10 – 6:25 pm:  Assess and perform basic maintenance on particular paths, trails, etc. (Identify work groups or subcommittees as needed).
6:25-6:30 pm: Report findings and any work done to minute-taker.
6:30 pm Closure 
    Confirm future meeting:  November 25th.
    Entertain Motion to Adjourn
