US-2 Rehabilitation Project
Richmond - Bolton US Route 2 Rehabilitation
DATE: April 25, 2024
TRAFFIC IMPACT: Traffic Control with one-lane of alternating travel on US Route 2 between Kenyan Road and Lemroy Court between 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday.
Please follow the posted speed limits.
PROJECT UPDATE: Installed new guardrails along US Route 2 between the Exit 11 interchange and VT Route 117; Completed the new traffic signal at the US Route 2 and Bridge Street/Jericho Road intersection; Repaired the slope near the Riverview Cemetary.
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:
The following is the anticipated work schedule for the week beginning Sunday, April 28, 2023
Sunday through Thursday - 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (nighttime work):
Continue installation of new gaurdrail between Kenyan Road and the I-89 southbound Exit 11 on-ramp.
Monday through Friday - Daytime - Continue work on the newly installed traffic signal with little to no traffic interruptions.
