Recording of Land Records: including deeds, mortgages, liens, surveys, and other documents
Filing and Indexing of All Vital Records: including births, deaths, and marriages
Motor Vehicle Registrations Renewals
August 11th Primary
The August 11th Primary vote will be held at the Town Center, from 7 am to 7 pm.
Voters are encouraged to vote by mail. Please contact Linda Parent at email@example.com or at (802) 434-2221 for a ballot. All mail-in ballots MUST be received by end of business on August 10th. Ballots may be mailed or left at the Town Center drop box.
Dog licenses are available at the town clerk’s office. A dog must have had a rabies inoculation not more than 36 months prior to the date of licensing for older dogs. Not more than 12 months for puppies.
The registration (license) fee is $15, spayed or neutered or not, before July 1st. July 1st or later, the fee goes to $20. PROOF OF A CURRENT RABIES VACCINE IS REQUIRED.
Notarial: We do notarization’s for Richmond residents.
