Halloween Road Closures

Friday 10/31 Halloween: Some roads in Richmond will be closed to through traffic from 4 - 9 pm.
These streets are: Baker Street, Pleasant Street, Tilden Street and Esplanade.

Residents on the closed roads are allowed to drive to and from their homes, and they are asked to drive slowly and carefully. All streets will be open for first responder vehicles, and Esplande St will be open for vehicles that need to access the water treatment facility.

Drivers and walkers, please be mindful of each other and have fun!
